The Christian has great potential in the power of believing the truth.  Belief incorporates the mind but is not limited by it.   The issue is choosing truth and taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, instead of believing the enemy's lies.  Because you are God's child, you can confront doubts and unbelief.

Why should I say I can't when the Bible says, "I can do all things through him who gives me strength" (Phil. 4:13)?

Why should my needs not be met knowing that "My God will meet all my needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus" (Phil. 4:19)?

Why should I fear when the Bible says, "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind?  (2 Tim. 1:7.

Why should I lack the faith to serve God knowing that "God has allotted to each a measure of faith" (Rom. 12:3)?

Why am I weak when the Bible says, "The Lord is the strength of my life" (Ps. 27:1) and "People who know their God will display strength" (Dan 11:32)?

Why should I allow Satan to have supremacy over my life, for "The one who is in me is greater than the one who is in the world" (1 John 4:4)?

Why should I accept defeat with the Bible says, "Thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ" 2 Cor. 2:14)?

Why should I lack wisdom when I am "in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God" (1 Cor. 1:30) and "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously" (Jas 1:4)?

Why should I be depressed when I can recall to my mind and therefore have hope, "Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail.  They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness" (Lam. 3:22,23)?

BELIEVE THE TRUTH!

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but hath everlasting life.
